Medusa/modules/Suggestions

Suggestions

Members post ideas, the server votes with buttons and staff set a status on each one.

Members post ideas in one channel, everyone votes, and staff mark each idea with a status.

How It Works

  1. A member runs /suggest with their idea and an optional category.
  2. Medusa posts it in the Suggestions Channel with upvote and downvote buttons. With Auto-Create Discussion Threads on, it also opens a thread.
  3. Staff accept it, deny it or set another status with /suggestion.
  4. The post updates with the new status and reason. With Direct Message On Status Change on, the author gets a DM.

Voting

Each member has one vote. Pressing the other button switches it, and pressing the same button again takes it back. Authors cannot vote on their own ideas unless Allow Author Voting is on.
