Terms of Service

By purchasing or using Medusa from Zero Development, you agree to the following terms.

1. Purchases

All purchases are completed through BuiltByBit or Zero Shop. You are responsible for ensuring Medusa meets your technical requirements prior to purchase.

2. Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, unless required by BuiltByBit policies.

3. Licensing

Licenses are issued per customer and are non-transferable. Use of Medusa is governed by our License Agreement.

4. Conduct

Chargebacks, fraud, harassment, or abuse of our staff or services will result in immediate termination of your license and a permanent ban from all Zero Development products and support channels.

5. Support

Support is provided at our discretion through our official Discord server. We are not obligated to provide custom development or third-party module modifications.

6. Modifications & Updates

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Medusa constitutes acceptance of the latest agreement.
