Applications
Staff and role applications with custom forms, a review channel and one-click decisions.
Applications runs your recruitment. Members fill in a form from a panel, staff review the answers in a private channel, and one click accepts or denies the applicant and gives them the role.
How It Works
- Post an application panel from the dashboard Post page or with
/post. - A member picks a position on the panel and fills in its form.
- The answers are posted in the review channel with Accept and Deny buttons. Medusa can open a thread for staff to talk it over.
- Staff accept or deny. Accepting gives the applicant the accepted role, and the applicant gets a DM with the result.
Panels and Positions
A panel holds one or more positions and shows them as buttons or as a select menu. Each position has its own label, emoji, description and form, and can override the reviewer role, accepted role and review channel.
A form has up to five questions. Question types are short text, paragraph, select menu, single checkbox, checkbox group, radio buttons, user, role, channel and mentionable pickers, file upload and text blocks for instructions.
