Licensing Agreement

This Licensing Agreement governs your use of Medusa from Zero Development. By entering your license key in config.json and booting Medusa, you agree to the terms below.

1. Grant of License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deploy Medusa for your personal or community Discord servers. Ownership of Medusa remains with Zero Development at all times.

Your license covers use on the server instances, IP addresses, or Discord guilds authorized for your license key. Full source licenses may be modified for internal private use. You may not distribute modified or derived versions.

3. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, share, lease, sublicense, or publicly host the Medusa source code, assets, or binaries in whole or in part without express written permission from Zero Development.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All source code, design systems, assets, branding, and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of Zero Development. This agreement conveys usage rights only.

5. Termination

This license remains effective until terminated. Any violation of this agreement or attempt to circumvent license validation will result in immediate revocation of your key without refund.

6. Warranty & Liability

Medusa is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Zero Development shall not be held liable for server downtime, data loss, Discord API rate limits, or sanctions imposed by third-party platforms.
