Management
Welcome, leave and boost messages, booster custom roles, autorole with sticky roles, role connections and reaction roles.
Management covers the everyday server jobs: greeting members, saying goodbye, thanking boosters and handing out roles. Everything is off until you turn it on.
Welcome and Leave
Each has its own channel and message. Turn on Attach Welcome Card or Attach Leave Card to add an image with the member's avatar, name and member number, and change its layout with the canvas editor.
Welcome messages can also have link buttons, and Send Welcome DM sends new members a private message with its own buttons.
Run /welcome preview to see any of these messages before a real member triggers one.
Boost Messages
Posts a message in the Boost Channel when someone boosts. Set an accent color and an image.
Booster Custom Roles
Lets Server Boosters create and manage their own personal role with /boosterrole. Set Position Below Role to control where booster roles sit in the hierarchy, Allow Custom Role Icons for Level 2+ servers, Delete Custom Role When Boost Ends to clean up automatically when a member stops boosting, and Allow Staff Without Boost so staff can test or use /boosterrole.

Autorole
Gives Member Roles to people and Bot Roles to bots as soon as they join. With Sticky Roles on, Medusa saves a member's roles when they leave and gives them back when they return, so a muted member stays muted.
Role Connections
A connection gives roles based on other roles. Each one has Required Roles, Assigned Roles and a Requirement Match of all or any. When a member qualifies, they get the assigned roles. With Revoke When Requirements Lost on, which is the default, the roles are removed when they stop qualifying.
Reaction Roles
Panels let members pick their own roles with buttons, a select menu or emoji reactions. Turn on Single Choice to let members hold only one role from a panel.
Under Panels, set each panel's ID, style and embed. Under Panel Roles, add roles to a panel with a label, emoji, description and button color. Post a panel from the dashboard Post page or with /post. Panels keep working after a restart.
Medusa needs Manage Roles, and its highest role must be above every role it gives out.
