All purchases are made through BuiltByBit / Zero Shop. You are responsible for ensuring you buy the correct product for your needs.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, unless required by BuiltByBit.

Licenses are issued per person and are non transferable. Use of any product is also governed by our License Agreement.

Chargebacks, fraud, or abuse of our staff or services will result in a permanent ban from all products and support.

Support is provided at our discretion through our official channels only. We are not obligated to provide custom work or modifications.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
