Configuration
Which statuses refunds and disputes give a license, and the settings on each store.
Find these under Configs > Stores > Stores.
| Setting | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Refund status | Revoked | The negative status a refunded or chargebacked purchase gives its license. |
| Dispute status | Suspended | The negative status for open disputes and ended subscriptions. Won disputes and resumed subscriptions bring the license back from this status. |
Store settings
Each store under Stores has:
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Name | Shown in the event log and on the redeem page. |
| Status | Disabled stores answer 404 to webhooks and the redeem page. |
| Use the store's license key | Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy and Payhip only. Uses the key from the store's receipt as the Kora key. |
| Secrets | The values the store needs, such as a webhook secret, signing secret, API key or token. Shown only to members with stores.edit. |
Permissions

stores.view | See stores, product mappings, purchases and the event log. |
stores.edit | Connect stores, change mappings and secrets, rotate URLs and run a sync. |
