Licensing Agreement
This Licensing Agreement governs your use of any product licensed from Zero Development. By using your license, you agree to the terms below.
1. Grant of License
You are granted a personal, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the product for its intended purpose. Ownership of the product remains with Zero Development at all times.
2. Permitted Use
Your license covers use on the IPs or groups assigned to it. Full Source licenses may be modified for personal use. Obfuscated licenses may not be modified, deobfuscated, or reverse engineered.
3. Restrictions
You may not share, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly release any product or its files, in whole or in part, whether source or compiled.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All products, source code, and assets remain the intellectual property of Zero Development. This license grants usage rights only, not ownership.
5. Termination
This license remains valid until terminated. Any breach of this agreement results in immediate termination of your license with no refund.
6. Warranty & Liability
Products are provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. Zero Development is not liable for any damages or losses arising from use.
