# Theme Editor

Open it from **Admin**, then **Theme Editor**. Changes show in the live preview straight away, and only go live for everyone when you press **Save**.

## The Live Preview

The preview on the right is your real panel. Use its address bar to open any page, and drag its edges to check smaller screens. The login page opens in the preview when you edit it.

## Sections

| Section        | Controls                                                                             |

| Colours        | Presets and your own colours, for light and dark mode.                               |
| Type and shape | Font, corner radius and density.                                                     |
| Layout         | Sidebar position, server list, server cards, surface style, backgrounds and folders. |
| Branding       | Your name, logos and favicon.                                                        |
| Footer         | The text at the bottom of the panel.                                                 |
| Login page     | Split or centred layout, image, title and tagline.                                   |
| Metadata       | Page titles, descriptions and link previews.                                         |
| Sidebar items  | Your own links in the sidebar.                                                       |
| Egg thumbnails | An image for each egg.                                                               |
| Announcement   | A banner across the panel.                                                           |
| Notifications  | Toast style and position.                                                            |
| Console        | Prefix and colour presets.                                                           |
| Extra          | Loading screens, snow, fireflies, petals, the pixel cat and the Konami code.         |
| Advanced       | Custom CSS.                                                                          |
| Billing        | Connect Paymenter, WHMCS, Blesta, HostBill or FOSSBilling.                           |
| Language       | The language picker and default language.                                            |
| Security       | Cloudflare Turnstile on sign-in forms.                                               |
| Permissions    | Which staff can open which sections.                                                 |
| License        | Your license key and updates.                                                        |

## Placeholders

Text fields accept placeholders such as `%company%` and `%page%`, which fill in when a page loads. The default page title is `%page% | %server% » %company%`.

## Giving Staff Access

Use the **Permissions** section to give other users access to chosen sections. They open the editor from **Account Settings**, then **Theme Editor**.
