Discord settings live on the dashboard **Configs** page under **Discord**, in five groups. Saving a group applies it right away: a new token or server ID restarts the bot, and status changes update the presence. ## Bot | Setting | Default | Description | | ----------- | --------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Bot token | *(empty)* | Your bot token. The bot does not start without it. | | Server ID | *(empty)* | The one server the bot runs in. Required. The bot leaves every other server. | | Embed color | Accent | Color for informational embeds. **Accent** uses the dashboard's branding accent color. Success and error embeds use green and red. | ## Buyers | Setting | Default | Description | | ------------------------------- | --------- | ----------------------------------------------- | | Let customers claim licenses | on | Turns `/claim` and the panel's claim button on. | | Role for every buyer | *(empty)* | Given to members with any valid license. | | Role per product | none | Pairs of a product and the role its owners get. | | Let customers reset their seats | on | Shows **Reset seats** in `/mylicenses`. | | Hours between resets | `24` | How long a license waits between resets. | ## Staff alerts | Setting | Default | Description | | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------- | ----------------------- | | Post staff alerts | off | Turns alerts on. | | Channel | *(empty)* | The channel to post in. | | License issued, License status changed, Possible key sharing, New device activated, Daily digest at 09:00 UTC | on, on, on, off, on | Which events to post. | ## Validation logs | Setting | Default | Description | | -------------------- | --------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------- | | Post validation logs | off | Post an embed for every validation request. | | Channel | *(empty)* | The channel to post in. Lists the text channels the bot can see. | | Results | All | `All`, `Valid only`, or `Invalid only`. | ## Status | Setting | Default | Description | | --------------------------- | --------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Presence | Online | `Online` (green), `Idle` (yellow), `Do Not Disturb` (red), or `Invisible` (gray). | | Rotation interval (seconds) | `30` | How often the bot moves to the next activity. The minimum is 15. | | Activities | 2 entries | Each entry has a **Type** and a **Text**. See the [placeholders](/docs/kora/extensions/discord#status). | ## Messages Every embed title and field name is a phrase on the **Lang** page under **Discord**, translated into all 16 dashboard languages. Slash command names and descriptions are in English. Turn on **Developer Mode** in Discord (**User Settings > Advanced**) to copy a server ID with a right click.
