# Client Dashboard

> Let customers sign in with Discord to see their licenses, manage seats and check activity.



The client dashboard is the customer side of the same dashboard. Customers sign in with Discord at your dashboard address and only see their own licenses.

## Turning It On

It is on by default. Turn it off under **Settings > Client Dashboard**. While it is off, customers cannot sign in.

## Giving a Customer Access

A customer can sign in when their customer record has their Discord ID. Add it under **Customers**, let the [Stores](/docs/kora/extensions/stores) module create customers from purchases, or let buyers link themselves with `/claim` in [Discord](/docs/kora/extensions/discord).

## What Customers See

| My Licenses | Each license with its product, key, status and expiry. Customers can add and remove whitelist entries here, such as a new server IP, and download an **Offline File** for licenses that are valid. |
| Activity    | Validation requests for their keys: time, product, result, IP and device.                                                                                                                          |

Seat limits come from the whitelist group. A customer cannot add more entries than **Max Entries per License** allows.

## Viewing as a Customer

A staff member who also has a customer record can switch between **Admin** and **Client** from the account menu to see what customers see.
